bob barker here on behalf of peta. if you are thinking about a trip to seaworld please reconsider. life in cramped tanks is no prize for orcas and dolphins. they want to be free with their families in the ocean. many have died prematurely at seaworld after swimming in endless circles and performing dumb tricks day in and day out. be a winner for animals by avoiding such sad exhibits.

so i was sitting in the doctor chair because i was about to donate blood because i do that, and i was thinking, "ugh. the next video is like 6 minutes long. that's twice as long as my other videos. i need to come up with a super short... blood type diet o rh negative, video... to... keep... my viewers... quenched..." so i was sitting in the recovery room, eating my pretzels- you know, okay! what happened to the good food you'd get when you donated blood? i remember a year ago, when i started donating, they had fruit snacks, and double stuffed oreos, and apple juice. now it's like, "here's some water and some pretzels! you're a real hero, you know?" like that was one of the main reasons i donated blood. "oh you saved so many lives! thank you-" yea yea yea, just give me my oreos! like, if i was roommates with dracula and he offered to cook me a meal, like, a good tasting meal for a cup of my blood, i would accept it in a heartbeat

we are going to prepare a green bean and sweet red bell pepper salad. prepare the dressing by mixing the olive oil with the vinegar and the salt with the pepper. cut the sweet red bell peppers in half and remove the seeds. peppers constitute a delicious and low calorie option, rich in vitamins. healthy beans salad, after you have removed the seeds finely chop them. peel and finely chop the spring onions. cut the lettuce in large pieces so that it keeps its vitamins. boil some water in a saucepan and add the green beans, after you have cut them into three pieces. boil for 3' remove the green beans from the hot water and dip them into a bowl of ice-cold water to cool off, while also allowing them to retain their rich green color. mix the lettuce leaves with the chopped spring onions and the chopped red bell peppers. once the green beans have cooled off, bring them together with the rest of the salad. pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. your low calorie and delicious
