we are going to prepare a green bean and sweet red bell pepper salad. prepare the dressing by mixing the olive oil with the vinegar and the salt with the pepper. cut the sweet red bell peppers in half and remove the seeds. peppers constitute a delicious and low calorie option, rich in vitamins.
