now, i don’t usually track what i’m eatthroughout the day, however, today i’m going to… well, from here on in i’m going to try doit every day because i’ve been feeling really shitty the last couple of days and i thinkit’s mainly due to just snacking and eating convenient crap however that’s going tostop! hang around until the end of the video asi’m going to input all of the data of what i eat and you’ll be able to see the breakdownof protein, carbohydrates, etc. if you have any other really good, easy veganmeal ideas, let me know in the comments below. every morning i start my day with a litreof water before breakfast and most days i’ll


compliment it with a coffee. i know some people are really against drinkingcoffee and that’s fine, for them. i’m going to keep drinking it though! i can easily go without and have a few dayswhen evelyn’s woke early or if tim’s giving her breakfast and the first thing i do thatday is go for a run! breakfast is a banana bowl with toasted oats. i usually have a stack of granola but i ranout so today i’m just melting and mixing a tablespoon of coconut oil and a table spoonof maple syrup, add in half a cup of oats and pop in the oven at about 200 degrees for10 minutes.


for the smoothie, i’m blending 2 frozenbananas, a tablespoon of cacao and a cup of soy milk. then i just pop it in a bowl with the oats,making sure they’ve cooled first, then go to town! for lunch today i’m marinating some tofuwith 2 tablespoons of mustard and 2 tablespoons of tamari sauce. i like to leave it in the fridge to soak forabout an hour but if you don’t have the time it still tastes good if you mix it inwhile it’s frying! then i clean my pan and cook up 2 cups ofkale, a cup of spinach and a tomato.


today i added in some sesame seeds and nutritionalyeast but you could also add in some fresh garlic or chilli to give it a nice flavour. this is a massive serving and i actually atehalf of it at lunch and reheated the second half a few hours later because i couldn’tget through it all in one sitting. that’s the beauty of this meal, you cancook up heaps but then it tastes fine when it’s reheated! dinner was rogan josh and i didn’t manageto film all of it as evelyn tends to get grumpy around that time. basically i fry the tofu with the paste untilit’s soaked in.


add in the coconut milk with the mushroom,eggplant, broccoli and mix with a cup of rice! really quick and easy but also really fillingtoo. again, if you make up a lot of it, it’sfine to reheat it and it tastes just as good the next day! this is my cron-o-meter where i have inputeverything that i’ve eaten today. this is the first time i’ve used this fooddiary. i’ve never properly tracked my eating beforebut i did use the my fitness pal app a few times when i was pregnant to make sure i waseating enough calories. i think that the my fitness pal app is a loteasier to use as it has a lot more foods in


the database but it’s not as complex inthe breakdown of nutrients so i’m not sure which one i’m going to stick with yet. this one lets you put in your exercise toothough so that’s good. i have a few red bars so i think i might justneed to adjust the configurations. i really do like though how if you’re lackingin any nutrients, you can just scroll over the percentage and it gives you a few examplesof what you could be eating. i’m pretty happy with my targets for today,i didn’t really plan any of my meals and they weren’t anything too special whichis most days to be honest so it’s good to know that i still hit a lot of my nutrientrequirements.


as i said though i’m going to try trackmy food everyday so that it kind of forces me to stay away from the junk food that canbe really convenient when you’re having
