oh, i love food. the race prep, what do you eat? what do you go throughfrom start to finish? breakfast.super important. so for breakfast i had butternutsquash, bison, spinach, diced apple, half an avocado. i love you. - and then usually--- bison for breakfast? yeah.ground bison.

i've been qualifyingwith a 23:16. if you could come within20 seconds of that i would be impressed. i would also ask that theyhad ambulances on both sides of the track then. just because. i'm not that bad. i'm trying to setthe expectations low so you can exceed them.
- good luck.- ok. - break a leg.- all right. good luck, danica. - thank you.- take care. thanks, darling. gordon ramsay (voiceover):before the hardcore nascar fans file into the stadium, i'mgoing to see if i can live up to danica's challenge andmake it around the track in less than 30 seconds.

these guys got about 11 secondsto do four tires and anywhere up to 18 gallons of fuel. engines roaringand tools at work so, just like any restaurant, timing is of the essence. gordon ramsay (voiceover):i'm fast in the kitchen. can i be fast in the pits? we're going to let youglue up this set over here. gordon ramsay(voiceover): lug nuts on. bloody hell.
monster tires moved. you're going to holdthat trigger wide open and just go 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. gordon ramsay (voiceover):air gun primed. [air gun whining and laughter] man, that's hard. if i were to [bleep] comparethat to cooking you'd be working at mcdonald's, bud. [laughter]
gordon ramsay (voiceover):these guys work hard to keep danica at top speed. now it's my turn to fuel themup with a delicious meal. i'm going to makean amazing breakfast. quick, easy, simple. and you're going tohelp with a smoothie. all right. so we're takingsome of the local crab and turning that intoan amazing omelette.
onions, peppers, hash, nuts. get it 2/3 cooked and thenwe'll throw in the crab. gordon ramsay(voiceover): topped with creme fraiche and chives. [music slows to a stop] got to watch carefully, because you're doing this next. oh no.[laughs] just like you didto me with those nuts. gordon ramsay (voiceover):plate and serve
