hey, what’s going on guys? troy here withweightgainnetwork.com. and i’m super excited to show you guys my five unique arm exercisesto get you guys bigger arms. i know being a naturally skinny guy, one of the hardestmuscle groups to develop is your arms. so i want to show you guys five unique exercisesthat will get you guys those bigger arms. i had the same problem in high school andcollege, i was killing my arms almost every single day, like, you know, four or five daysa week consistently for a couple of years. and i was doing the same, the hammer curls,and just the straight bar curls. and when i started doing these unique, you know, bicepsand arm exercises, i noticed my arms started growing really quick. it’s all about puttingdifferent overload from different angles on


your arms. so i want to show you guys fiveunique arm exercises that can get you guys those ripped, sculpted arms, so let me diveright into the workout routine. all right, first exercise, we’re going to set up theincline bench here. we’re going to drive an easy bar curl and your chest is going tobe facing this. you’re going to get a nice stretch on your biceps curl straight in, soit helps if you have a workout partner on this. my workout partner is probably in bedbecause it’s 1 in the morning. so set you up there. so you want to keep the bicep undertension on this one, so half reps under tension. that’s a great bicep exercise. all nextup we got the reverse grip easy bar curl. a lot of you guys are obviously just doingcurls like this, but reverse grip it really


to feel it on that middle part of your bicep.feel like it really thickens the width of your bicep. so hold it reverse. my third exercisewe got the across the body dumbbell curl. you see a ton of guys, who just, you know,do the traditional hammer curls and the palms up curls, but this is one of my favorite bicepexercises. really feel like it thickens the bicep muscle. you get a nice little anglegoing, so i like to go pretty heavy on this. you should be able to do similar ways youdo on the dumbbell hammer curl, so what you want to do is start in the hammer curl positionand go across your chest. all right, next up we got the reverse grip barbell row. thisis traditionally done on most people’s back days, but i like to go higher up on this.it’s an awesome bicep finisher exercise.


i actually read it was one of arnold schwarzenegger’sfavorite bicep finishers at the end of his workout. so you’re going to be grabbingthe barbell. you just come rowing in. i like to go 15 to 20 reps on this, so pick a weightthat’s not too heavy. and see how it’s done. all right, last exercise. we’re goingto do the incline dumbbell curl with our palms up. so you’re going to lay back. you’regoing to focus on getting that stretch and work this part of our bodies out. so let medemonstrate how to do it. so you want to lay back. get that full stretch. nice and slowon the curl. and those were five unique exercises that you guys can do to get bigger arms. makesure you guys are always changing up your arm workout routine. the worse thing thatyou can do is repeat the same arm workout


routine over and over again. so, i mean, imade this mistake back in the day. my arms
