we don't necessarily make appointments, and i think they just forget. cathy bauer has been donating blood for thirty years like clockwork. she says it is such an important way to help save lives and doesn't cost you a thing.

when i first started donating, i didn't have a lot of money, and this is something i could do to help, and i think more people should do it. the center especially needs blood type o-negative since it is universal. while they expect 800 donors to

walk thru the doors during the drive, they need even more. it takes less than an hour of your day to give blood. well there's no other way to get blood than from other donor so its pretty important for people who need blood. somebody's got to give it.
